Who we are

INTOO Wellness studio is responsible for your data. Address: Nizami City, entrance from Fuad Ibrahimbeyov street, Yasamal district, Baku, Azerbaijan.

Zervit LLC builds the mobile app on the studio's behalf and publishes it on the App Store and Google Play.

What we collect

• Account: first name, last name, phone number and, if you give it, email.
• Sign-in: one-time verification codes sent to your phone by SMS.
• Use of the studio: bookings, class visits, packages bought, payments and discounts.
• Profile (optional): gender, date of birth, height, weight, emergency contact, health notes you give the studio, training goals and experience level.
• In-app progress: XP, levels, badges, quests, in-app points (sparks) and items. Your name is shown to other members on the leaderboard.
• Website: what you write in the contact form, and the name and phone you give for a guest booking. For cookies, see the Cookie Policy.
• Technical logs: server logs (IP address, time of request, app version) for security and troubleshooting.

The app does not use your location, contacts, camera, photo library or advertising identifier. It contains no advertising or tracking tools.

Why we use it

• To create your account and let you sign in with a phone code.
• To manage your bookings, packages and visits.
• To send you notices about bookings and packages by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To show your progress, badges and the leaderboard in the app.
• To prepare monthly progress reports.
• To keep the studio's accounts and the records the law requires.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to them.

We do not sell your data or give it to third parties for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use the following service providers to run the service. They process data only for that purpose:

• Contabo GmbH: our servers and database are in Germany.
• Cloudflare: carries website and app traffic and protects it from attacks.
• SMS delivery: verification codes are sent through the KeyTD SMS gateway and mobile operators.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business): when you message us on WhatsApp or we send you a notice there.
• Titan Email: emails sent from [email protected].
• Telegram: only if you link the studio's Telegram bot to your account.
• OpenAI: to draft the text of your monthly progress report, the report's data (name, age, height, weight and class statistics) is sent to OpenAI.
• Partner platforms (for example Push30): if you visit through a partner platform, confirmation of your visit is shared with it.
• Google Fonts: the app loads its fonts from Google's servers, which see your device's IP address.
• On the website, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel run only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

We keep your app data while your app account is active.

The studio's membership record (name, phone, packages, payments, visits, bookings and the studio's notes) does not depend on the app account. The studio keeps it for as long as accounting and tax law require, even if you delete your app account.

Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

How to delete your account

In the app: Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected], +994 70 296 62 69 from or with the phone number you registered and we will delete it for you.

Deleting your account immediately removes:

• your app sign-in (the app account) and any pending sign-in codes for your phone number;
• your XP, levels, badges, quests, points (sparks), items, leaderboard place and social profile;
• the goals and experience level you gave in the app, your profile picture, push notification token and marketing consent.

The studio's membership record is not deleted: your packages, payments and class history stay, and you can still use your remaining classes at the front desk.

If you also want your studio record erased, contact [email protected], +994 70 296 62 69. We erase everything the law does not require us to keep, and the rest when the required period ends.

Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data you can see your data, correct it, have it deleted, and withdraw consent you have given. Contact [email protected], +994 70 296 62 69. We reply within 30 days.

Children

The app is for people aged 16 and over. Members under 16 get an account only with a parent's or guardian's consent.

Security

All connections use encrypted HTTPS. Only studio staff who need it for their work can see member data. Sign-in codes are single-use and valid for 5 minutes.

Changes

If we change this policy we publish the new version on this page and update the date above. We also announce significant changes in the app.
